Lowee U

The CPU of Lowee is my favorite among the characters of the Neptunia series, but I especially love the design of her NEXT form (or NEXT mode, I think, in english translation?). The design makes her look very compact and dense compared to all the other HDDs, which fits perfectly with her tanky, physical fighting style. Personally, its a great balance between cute and badass!

Of course, the console this form is based on isn't doing so well...but if we bring in real life, Neptune shouldn't even exist, so hey
